Число таборовиків обмежене. Tаборовники приймаються в порядку заповнену карту зголошення. Прийняті учасники одержують “емейл приняття” від Реєстрації.

Registration for all camps will open March 15th.

Space is limited. Applications will be considered in the order they were received. Accepted campers will receive an “acceptance email” from the Registration team.

РЕЄСТРАЦІЯ - УПН і УПЮ

Загальна інформація про табори УПН (новацтво) і УПЮ (юнацтво) знаходиться на цій сторінці.

Прошу завершити реєстрацію новаків/чок і юнаків/чок до 15-го травня, 2024!

Інструкції

1. Виповніть онлайн форму через Plast USA Camper Registration System до 15-го травня.
   
   

2. Гляньте внизу щоб обчислити відповідну суму, а тоді заплатіть бодай 50% оплати для Вашої дитини/Ваших дітей до 15-го травня. Поки що, немає змоги платити електронно або кредитною карткою. Тому, просимо вислати чека або money order виписано на “Plast - USO” на адресу подано нижче. Повну оплату вимагаємо до 1-го червня 2024.

3. Цього року буде нова система медичних форм. ВСІ медичні форми будуть здані і виповнені електронно на платформі CampDoc. Раз Ваша дитина буде зареєстрована онлайн, таборова оправа перевірить аплікацію на табір. Раз все буде перевірене, батьки дістануть емейл від CampDoc щоби там закінчити медичну реєстрацію. Медична реєстрація мусить бути закінчена на платформі до 31-го травня.
    

Таборова Оплата - УПН і УПЮ

Назагал, кошт за кожну дитину =  кошт табору + кошт реєстрації для тої дитини. Після пропущеного реченця, є додаткова оплата $50 “late fee”. Кошти на рік 2024 р. ось такі:

Кошт табору (три тижні): $1500
Реєстраційний кошт (від дитини): $100
(Це реєстраційний кошт не повертається)
Разом: $1600

Родини котрі посилають більше від одної дитини на три-тижневий табір УПН/УПЮ одержають знижку (тільке за кошт табору — не за реєстрацінйний кошт). Наприклад:

1-ша дитина: $1500 + $100 = $1600
2-га дитина:   $1300 + $100 = $1400
Додактова дитина:   $1100 + $100 = $1200

Ця знижка — лише для братів і сестер.

Якщо таборовик несподівано відїжджає перед кінцем табору, на жаль гроші не повертаються окрім в спеціяьльних обставинах.

REGISTRATION - NOVATSTVO & YUNATSTVO

General information about camp for novatstvo (scouts aged 7-11) and yunatstvo (scouts aged 12-17) can be found on this page.

Kindly register your scout(s) for camp by May 15, 2024!

Instructions

1. Complete the online form through the Plast USA Camper Registration System by May 15, 2024.
   

2. Using the fee information trailing below, calculate the amount owed for your child(ren). At least 50% must be paid by May 15, 2024. Regrettably, we are not able to accept electronic or credit card payments at this time. Therefore, kindly send a check or money order made out to “Plast - USO” to the address indicated below. Full payment must be made by June 1, 2024.

3. This year we will have a new medical form submission process through a
   digital platform called CampDoc. Once your child is registered online, the camp administration will review the application. Once the registration is reviewed and confirmed, parents will receive an email from CampDoc to continue with the medical registration process. The medical registration must be completed on the platform by May 31st.
    

Camp fees - Novatstvo & Yunatstvo

In general, the total cost for each camper = the camp fee + the registration fee (payable per child). After missing the deadline, an additional late fee of $50 is automatically added. Fees for 2024 are:

Camp fee (for three-week camp): $1500
Registration fee (per camper): $100
(This is a non-refundable registration fee)
Total: $1600

Families registering two or more children to attend camp for the full three weeks are eligible for a discount of the camp fee (but not of the registration fee). For example:

1st child: $1500 + $100 = $1600
2nd child:   $1300 + $100 = $1400
Additional child(ren):  $1100 + $100 = $1200 each

This multi-camper discount only applies to siblings.

Should a camper leave camp early, we are regrettably unable to provide a refund for the remainder of the registered duration absent special circumstances.
